I qualified from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1999 with a BSc(Hons) degree in Osteopathic Medicine, and a Diploma in Naturopathy.  I went on to complete further courses, including Craniosacral technique, and Dry Needling (Myofascial trigger point needling).

I worked for 16yrs in busy practices treating all ages, from 1wks old to early 90s, before happily relocating to Kent recently.

We are all unique and respond to treatment options differently, and so I am pleased to be able to offer a combination of techniques during my sessions to improve your symptoms.

• The techniques I use include:
• Deep tissue massage,
• joint mobilisations,
• trigger point needling,
• exercise advise,
• craniosacral techniques

You may need a combined approach, or single approach, and if needles ‘aren’t for you’ there are other options.

Treatment can relieve a wide range of complaints, and support you through certain times in your life.
