Addressing the Coronavirus at Evolution Health

Over the last few weeks, the rising cases of Coronavirus (COVID-19) throughout the UK is of great concern. Be assured that the health and safety of our patients and our commitment to you and your health remain at the forefront. We wish to keep all patients who visit the clinic, as well as our clinic Team, safe and healthy.

In the current environment, it is important for all of us to be vigilant and more conscious of our health and those surrounding us. We ask that if you are exhibiting any signs of illness (cough, fever, flu-like symptoms, sore throat, fatigue, shortness of breath), or if you have recently returned from one of the ‘at risk’ countries, or have been in contact with someone who has travelled to those same countries, that you call the office on 01227 273821 to reschedule your appointment.

We also ask that you follow the advice given by Public Health England (PHE) and the NHS, to help us protect our patients who are at a higher risk – the elderly, those with weakened immune systems, and those with long-term health conditions such as cardiovascular disease, chronic respiratory disease, diabetes, and cancer patients.
