Having qualified in 2016 at The London School of Reflexology, I continue to develop my knowledge and understanding of the human body, mind and its intertwined systems through on-going research and learning from my patient feedback and progress.

As well as providing foot and hand Reflexology, I also specialise in Facial Reflexology which is a deeply relaxing treatment that leaves one glowing from the inside-out. Facial Reflexology can be combined with a Zone Face Lift (ZFL), a face massage using facial tools and natural products to rejuvenate the skin, sculpt the face and smooth out fine lines.

I am ‘wowed’ by the outcomes of Reflexology using either the feet, hands or face and am assured that I am providing an effective and beneficial complimentary Therapy.
