I am a qualified therapist with over 12 years’ experience working with adults and children within the NHS. I am a therapist who is committed to supporting your emotional wellbeing and development. I tailor our sessions to support your unique journey, providing a safe and supportive space to inspire growth, healing and transformation.

I am committed to and value the process of therapeutic change and understand the importance of providing a safe space in which to explore and work on your issues. I feel that that engaging within therapy should help promote your journey to greater awareness of self and others. I believe everybody has the ability to change and flourish given the right conditions.

I am currently training as a psychosexual (Sex) and relationship therapist with the London Diploma in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy. I am offering therapy at a reduced rate for couples and individuals who maybe experiencing difficulties with their relationship or sex lives.
